Original builders include Drees, Highland, Darling, Britton, and several boutique custom shops. Floor plans typically range from 3,200 to 6,000 square feet, with pricing from the low $600,000s for entry resale up past $2M for the larger custom estates. The amenity center anchors community life. Resort pool, splash area, fitness center, sport courts, dog parks, and a trail system that connects through mature landscaped greenbelts.
