The phasing runs through 2027, and tenant announcements have been steady over the last 24 months, which de-risks the bet for nearby residential buyers. Adjacent single family inventory is the play for residential buyers thinking strategically. Homes within roughly half a mile of the site sit in the $650,000 to $1.8M band depending on neighborhood and lot.
